Our 100,000 m² manufacturing base is equipped with advanced calendering, forming and vulcanization systems — the backbone of stable quality and large-scale production capacity for both fabric and steel cord conveyor belts. Every production zone is purpose-built to control one thing: belt performance consistency.
Precision rubber compounding is the foundation of belt performance. Our mixing zone runs 7 high-capacity internal mixer lines — combining rubber, reinforcing agents, vulcanizing chemicals and specialty additives under tightly controlled formulations to produce compounds with consistent physical properties batch after batch.
Our calendering zone features 5 four-roll calender lines capable of producing rubber sheets up to 2,500mm wide — handling fabric coating, frictioning and rubber sheet pressing at high throughput. Forming machines up to 2.4m with constant tension control ensure precise lamination geometry in every layer.
The final and most critical stage of belt production. Our vulcanization zone operates 26 press and drum units — including flat presses up to 2,400×15,600mm and drum vulcanizers for continuous belts — achieving uniform cure across every meter at daily outputs of up to 550m per line.

Joytrans starts from the molecular level — developing formulations, testing performance and validating solutions before a single production run begins. Our R&D laboratory engineers rubber formulations from the base compound up — optimizing tensile strength, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and adhesion properties for specific application conditions. When your environment is extreme, your belt formulation must be precise.
Dedicated testing equipment simulates real-world operating conditions before any product goes to market. Tensile break load, dynamic adhesion, abrasion resistance, flame retardancy and low-temperature flex testing are all conducted in-house — so validation data comes from our own lab, not guesswork.
Non-standard doesn't mean unavailable. Our engineering team designs custom belt solutions for unique load profiles, conveyor geometry, temperature ranges or material characteristics that off-the-shelf products can't address.
