General Use Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
Minimize downtime. Maximize conveying efficiency under the toughest industrial conditions — built for heavy-duty, long-distance & high-capacity operations.
Built to Outperform in Every Condition
The steel cord conveyor belt is engineered for the world's most demanding industries — delivering reliable, uninterrupted material flow where fabric belts simply cannot keep pace. Widely deployed in mining, port operations, metallurgy, power plants and chemical processing, it thrives where loads are heavy, distances are long, and downtime is not an option.
Engineered with a five-layer composite architecture — top cover, bottom cover, steel cord carcass, skim rubber, and edge rubber — each layer is precision-bonded using high-adhesion vulcanisation. The galvanised steel cord carcass transmits tensile loads with near-zero elongation, giving your conveyor system dimensional stability across multi-kilometre distances.
Ideal for conveying lump and granulate materials under heavy duty, long distance, and high-capacity conditions — reducing planned replacement frequency and total belt cost per tonne.
Our belts are manufactured and tested against all four major international standards — ensuring cross-border compliance for your procurement and logistics teams.
