Ripstop Steel Cord
Conveyor Belt
Maximum Tear Resistance for Heavy Impact Conditions
Designed for mining, ports, and heavy-duty bulk handling systems where sharp materials, high drop heights, and sudden impact events demand more than a standard belt can deliver. The Ripstop series integrates a dedicated breaker layer to stop tear propagation before it becomes a catastrophic failure.
Why Choose Ripstop?
Every industrial conveyor belt tears eventually — but not all belts are built to stop a tear from becoming a total loss. The Ripstop structure adds a critical line of defense that standard steel cord belts simply do not have.
See how the Ripstop belt has performed in operations like yours. Our engineers will walk you through real-world case data and a cost comparison against your current belt.
Talk to an EngineerSix-Layer Ripstop Architecture
Every layer is engineered with a specific purpose. The breaker layer — unique to the Ripstop series — is what separates this belt from every standard steel cord design on the market.

Need a custom breaker specification — steel mesh grade, layer placement, or compound formulation? Our engineers design to your application requirements.

Wherever sharp materials, high drop heights, or sudden impact events put standard belts at risk, the Ripstop series provides the margin of safety that keeps operations running.
Tell us your application, material type, and impact conditions — we'll recommend the optimal Ripstop specification for your operation.

A belt that arrives damaged or late is a belt that failed before it even started. Every Ripstop order is packaged to survive ocean transit and delivered on the schedule you need.
Steel Rack Packaging
Ripstop belts are wound onto heavy-duty steel racks with reinforced end caps, then wrapped in waterproof kraft paper and stretch film. The breaker layer and belt edges are protected against deformation throughout transit — no compression, no profile damage.
- Reinforced steel rack cores — no reel deformation
- Waterproof kraft paper & stretch-film outer wrap
- Edge and breaker layer fully protected
- Batch traceability label on every reel
Supervised Container Loading
Every container is loaded and secured under QC supervision. Reel positions are braced with wooden chocks and steel lashing to eliminate shifting during ocean transit. Full photographic loading records are provided with every shipment document set.
- QC-supervised container stuffing
- Wooden chocks & steel lashing — zero movement
- Photographic loading records included
- Export packing list & B/L coordination
Delivery Time: 15–30 Days
Standard Ripstop specifications ship within 15–30 days from order confirmation. Custom breaker configurations and non-standard widths are quoted with confirmed lead times at the time of order — no surprises, no delays that are not communicated in advance.
- Stock specs: 15–20 days production + transit
- Custom specs: confirmed lead time at order
- Sea freight to any major global port
- Real-time shipment tracking provided
